Shipping
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding Public Holidays. If you require urgent delivery, please make a note of this in the comments section at checkout and we will aim to get back in touch with you as soon as possible. Please note that any orders requiring an urgent dispatch may incur additional costs.
We use Australia Post tracked parcel post for all orders and couriers for larger items. Once orders are dispatched, you will receive a shipping email with all the tracking details.
Australian Shipping
We deliver all around Australia at a flat rate of $10.00 per order. Depending on your location, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days.
We currently do not deliver outside Australia, however please stay tuned as this may change in the future.
Once we have shipped the item and it is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot offer reimbursement for postage should the parcel become delayed, returned to sender or lost.
We currently do not offer insurance on our shipping.
Whilst we will do everything in our power to assist should items become lost or damaged in transit, Alabaster Store is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Please note Australia Post is experiencing significant delays with shipping due to circumstances related to Covid-19.
In-Store Collection / Click & Collect
This is a free service and you will need to select 'Click and Collect In-Store' at checkout. You will be notified once your item has been packed and is ready for pick up.
Collect from our shop at 69 Murray St Tanunda, South Australia. Please check store opening times before collecting. You will need to present your order confirmation number at the time of collection.
Returns
Please note Store credit is applied for all returns.
We hope that you love your purchase on arrival, however if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with us within three business days so we can provide assistance.
If you have simply had a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, we we are more than happy to process a store credit or work out an exchange for you. All store credits issued must be used within a three month period.
All store credits will need to be processed via in store purchases or over the phone purchases, as unfortunately our website does not allow for credit notes to be inputted at the checkout section.
All credits must be processed within a single transaction and in the case that the item/s you are purchasing exceed the value of your credit note, you will simply need to settle the remaining amount
Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return:
- Items must be sent back within 7 business days of receiving your items.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached and in its original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, all jewellery and head-wear cannot be returned.
Upon arrival, if the item is deemed soiled or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit.
All items returned due to change of mind are to be returned via tracked post at the customers expense. We cannot be held accountable for any items that are lost in transit to us. Please note that future orders will also incur the flat rate shipping cost of $12.00. We are unable to cover costs associated with change of mind purchases.
Please note, we are unable to offer refunds unless the item is faulty. In the case of a faulty item, we will require images to be emailed through to info@alabasterstore.com.au and we may ask for the item to be returned so our team can make an assessment before a refund is approved. Once the item has been returned and has been approved for a refund, we will contact you direct to organise reimbursement and to cover the costs associated with the return.
All sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, this applies to all in store and online purchases, so please choose carefully!
Please note that any orders that have progressed through the checkout phase cannot be cancelled due to change of mind.
